Application for Membership
Rent our aircraft and fly with American Flight Schools. The form below replaces the paper application — it takes about ten minutes, and you can sign it right here in your browser.
What you will need
- Your address, cell phone number and email
- Your certificate number, medical and logbook totals, if you have them
- U.S. citizenship documents or TSA approval
- A mouse, trackpad or touchscreen to sign with
What you will sign
- The application, warranting your answers are true and complete
- The Aircraft Use Agreement
- The Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless
Applicants under 18 also need a parent or legal guardian to co-sign the Aircraft Use Agreement.
Application Fees (due at sign-up)
- $45.00 — Monthly Membership Dues (Auto Charge)
- $150.00 — Annual Insurance Policy
- Non-Member (No Dues. Deposit is required)
